Is it free to use TITO?
The answer is YES! TITO is a free platform made for everyone to use. However, we carefully select our hosts and verify the profile of the travelers for security reasons.
Can i apply as a HOST?
Yes! Simply signup and we will review your application and qualifications.
Do travelers need to signup?
Non members are free to explore TITO but need to have a registered account to book an offer.
How does TITO work for TRAVELER?
- Using our platform will allow traveler an access to tons of travel and tour deals. The best of them, all over the Philippines, neighboring countries and around the world. Choose from a wide array of travel experiences that our selected partners has to offer.
- We will lessen the hassle, your time and effort in booking your chosen offer. We have a secure payment system that will make your payment safe and convenient. You will get notified through email and text within 48 hours if your booking is accepted or declined by our host. When your booking is declined, you will get a full refund within 24 hours plus we will provide you with other options and recommendations.
- We will make sure you are in good hands. It is our main concern that we carefully screen our partners to ensure safety and guest satisfaction. We will provide you a TITO coordinator which you can contact anytime while you are on tour so you can easily get in touch with us if problem with our host arise.
- We give discounts and perks to our valued travelers. You will be rewarded by patronizing our platform. You will also receive notifications and updates on available discounts and sale provided by our hosts such as sale and discount for hotel rooms, flight, and tours.
- Booking are Transferable within our discretion.
How does TITO work for HOST?
- We will bring more qualified potential customers that will see you and your offer. This is through our optimized and intensive online marketing. We will utilize company paid advertisements and online personalities to get high amount of reach that will cost host nothing.
- We will lessen the hassle, your time and effort in finding the right guest and realized booking. When guest see your offer on our platform they can book it right away and pay it through our secure payment, you will then get both email and text notification on the details of the booking which you can accept or decline within 48 hours.
- We will secure your payment and protect your business. Your guest can cancel the booking and refund the full amount from us which they already paid, if and only if the scheduled event is not less than 15 days from the date of cancellation. If the cancellation is made in 15 days or less, the booking is cancelled and you get the full amount which the guest already paid less our service fee which is 10% if you are a regular member or 6.5% if you are a Premium member. However, if the booking is made less than 15 days from the date of event, the guest has 48 hours to cancel the booking and get full refund.
- If you are a Premium member. You will have a higher exposure rate in our platform. Guest will see you first on their search and you will be included on our list of highly recommended. Just by paying an annual fee of Php 1,500 your account will be upgraded to Premium for 12 months, with option to renew.
