TITO respects your privacy very well and we are committed to protect the information you share with us. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit our website or use our services. A more thorough overview of our privacy policy can be sent to you upon request.


When a booking is made by a traveler on our website, we send the booking to the respective host for the host to check availability. A booking is only valid when it is confirmed.


Traveler pay us the full amount beforehand, stated on the website which is paid to the host, within 24 hours only after the reserved event has taken place in a satisfactory manner. We will deduct a fee which is the payment of the host to the company for realized booking. As for travelers no additional payments are needed; when the booking is confirmed, all payments are done.
Payments facilitated by us for and on behalf of traveler, and transferred to the host will in each case constitute the full payment of the booking price.

Cancellation Policy

If the Confirmed booking is canceled by the host, the traveler will receive 100% refund.
If the traveler choose to cancel a booking:
  • Traveler will be refunded 100% of the total price if more than 15 days are left prior to the booked event.
  • If less than 15 days before the booked event: The host will be fully paid, traveler won’t receive a refund.
  • However, If the actual booking is accepted by the host 10 to 15 days prior to the date of the event. The travel has 48 hours to cancel the booking and still be refunded in full.
All bookings on request need to be confirmed by the host within 48 hours. If booking request is rejected or not confirmed within 48 hours by the host, or when the traveler withdraw the request before confirmation, traveler will be refunded in full.


We provide services to our hosts and therefore we treat the host as our legal customer. We will invoice the host the amount we received from them as fee of our service to them. On this invoice we will state our details, any applicable taxes and details of the services. Host on the other hand is responsible for providing the traveler with any documentation and/or invoice needed in compliance with the applicable tax laws.
It’s the host’s sole responsibility to determine which taxes are applicable and required to comply with the applicable local tax law and pay any corresponding taxes. These taxes can include, but are not limited to, taxes such as value added taxes, surcharges, sales taxes, personal or corporate income taxes imposed or any other taxes which are levied upon reservations made through our website or the payment thereof. Hosts represent and warrant that they will pay such taxes in time and in compliance with the applicable tax laws.

Proprietary Material

All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content that you see or read on this website is owned by us, or is used with the owner’s permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. You may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or re transmit anything from this website without our prior written consent.

Quality of information

We will verify to the best of our ability the quality of the offers hosted by our hosts, but we cannot guarantee that these are flawless and neither can we guarantee that all content on our website is error free.
In case of misleading representation or misconduct on our website or in the framework of the events held by hosts through our website and/or services, we may decide, in our sole discretion, to credit the traveler with a refund for the amount paid or part thereof and charge the host with this amount. No action of us may be construed as accepting any liability other than as mentioned herein.
All the information we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the hosts. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our service and verify (most of) the hosts we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete and/or correct. Each host remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information displayed on our platform.
Therefore, use your own best judgment when using any of the services provided by our hosts.


Our company’s responsibility is limited to facilitating the availability of our website, application and services. The participation in any of the events hosted by the hosts is always at travelers own risk. TITO’s liability for damages shall be limited only to the amount paid to us by travelers. Except as provided herein, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other actions resulting from or arising out of participation in any of the events hosted by the hosts.

Terms and Conditions Application

Upon entering our website you must read the Terms and Conditions before using our website and/or services. Use of our website and/or services, regardless of whether you are a website visitor, a traveler or a host, constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions and you warrant that you understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here. Our Terms and Conditions  may be amended from time to time.


Our Company, in the best of our ability will provide you 100% correct information. However, some errors may arise as we are still human beings.
We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the use of our website and/or services, including, but not limited to the availability, reliability, or quality of our website and services, the events distributed through us, including the nature and quality of the events, and is not and shall not be responsible for any error, fault or mistake of any and all content and information received through our users , including by hosts or travelers. We do not endorse any entity, product or service mentioned in any user generated content available on our website.


There is no warranty that our website and/or our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct, modify, amend, enhance, improve and make any other changes to our website and our services at any time or discontinue displaying or providing any content or features without a notice to you, being a website visitor, a traveler or a host.

Issues and Complaints

In case of a complaint about, or issue with the platform, app or services, please contact our website to resolve the problem.
Hosts agree that in case of a no show or dis satisfactory deviations in the event caused by you, the guest will be refunded and the host will not be paid.
Traveler agrees that in case of a no show or no completion of/interruptions during the event caused by the traveler, travelers are responsible for any damages up to the amount paid.
In case of any damage claims or other complaints related to the event exceeding the amount paid, TITO will mediate in finding a reasonable solution between traveler and host.
Any claim or complaint against TITO in respect of the service must be promptly submitted, not later than 14 days after the realized event has taken place. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 14 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit his/her right to any (damage or cost) compensation.

 HOST Code of Conduct

  1. Traveler’s safety first.Avoid unsafe situations and assess tour activities for potential hazards at all times. Inform your guests of relevant safety procedures before an activity.
  2. Keep your temper.Practice maximum tolerance and keep your head cool at all times.
  3. Be Discreet to guest if you have complain about TITO. Address the issue directly to our team that handle complains.
  4. Act immediately when problem arise.Don’t hesitate to inform TITO if required.
  5. All tours are transparent.Never invite extra people or combine multiple groups/bookings in one tour without the knowledge of TITO.
  6. Be reachable on the entire course of the tour. Keep an open line with TITO coordinators. Make sure your mobile phone is fully charged when going on a tour.
  7. Make sure you have emergency numbers with you, know the closest police, clinic or hospitalin case of emergency.
  8. Follow your itinerary. Do not cut short a trip due to own reasons.
  9. No solicitation of tips.
  10. Do not smoke and drink alcohol while tour is in progress: 
  11. Mere possession of illegal drugs on tour is automatic removal of your account.
  12. Do not make emotional or intimate involvement with any guest. You are expected to act accordingly at all times while on tour. Any misconduct or taking advantage may constitute a criminal offense, irrespective of consent.
  13. Do not enter hotel rooms of your guests. Avoid any possible misunderstandings or misinterpretations.
  14. Dress appropriately. Avoid wearing provocative outfits or unnecessary body exposure.
  15. NO SHOW for a tour without notifying the guest or TITO at least 24 hours in advance is not acceptable, without a very valid reason. Doing so will subject to account cancellation.
